1.Agreement Scope
Infraista Ltd. ("Infraista") provides cloud and infrastructure services including Cloud Servers (Cloud, Optimized and Turbo VPS), GPU servers, dedicated servers, Cloud Workspaces, managed Kubernetes, managed databases, object storage, Floating IPs and networking, and DDoS protection (collectively, the "Services").
By using Infraista Services, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not accept these Terms, do not register, purchase, or use Infraista Services.
These Terms form a binding agreement between Infraista Ltd. and any person or organization accessing Services ("Customer"). You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2.Account Setup & Contact Email
- Accounts activate after email verification and fraud screening. A saved payment method is required before you can order Services.
- Keep your account contact details and billing information current. Infraista is not liable for missed notices sent to outdated contact details.
- False contact information may result in termination. High-risk orders may require government ID and payment verification.
3.Content & Acceptable Use
All Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You indemnify Infraista against claims arising from your use of Services.

Prohibited on Cloud Servers, GPU and dedicated servers
- Adult content, IRC servers/bots, warez, public proxies, IP scanners, brute-force tools, spam scripts, HYIP, gambling, hacker sites, and live sports streaming.
Systems may be monitored for security and compliance. Unauthorized third-party network access requires written consent. Child exploitation content results in immediate suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
You are responsible for the security of the software, scripts and credentials you run on your servers. Weak passwords or compromised servers may trigger suspension until remediated.
4.Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy
- Unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists, and safe lists sent from Infraista servers or IP addresses are treated as spam — services terminated with or without notice.
- Spamvertised sites and ROKSO-listed entities may not be hosted. IP blacklist events trigger immediate suspension.
- Permitted bulk email sent from a Cloud Server or dedicated server must comply with CAN-SPAM, UK and EU rules, and other applicable law.
- Blacklist removal and cleanup fees may be charged at Infraista's discretion.
5.Payment Information
- A saved payment method is required to order Services. Prepaid credit on your account is used first; usage is metered hourly and billed on a monthly invoice, charged to your default payment method.
- Orders placed through the website checkout are prepaid: monthly, or annual (11 months paid, 1 month free). Annual plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Grace Period: 9-day invoice grace; unpaid balances incur a $2 late fee and may trigger suspension. Accounts 30+ days past due may be deleted.
- Restoration Fee: $25 minimum to restore canceled/suspended services when backups exist.
- Chargebacks: $150 chargeback fee applies to disputed payments.
6.Backups & Data Loss
Services are provided at your sole risk. Infraista is not responsible for files or data on your servers, databases or storage buckets. You must maintain appropriate independent backups, for example in Object Storage or an external system.
7.Cancellations & Refunds
- Infraista may cancel or restrict access at any time. Staff abuse results in termination without refund.
- Money-Back: 7-day guarantee on Cloud Servers (VPS). First-time accounts only.
- No refunds on dedicated servers or Cloud Servers after the guarantee period, admin fees, dedicated IPs, custom installs, or usage already metered.

8.Resource Usage
Do not run workloads that degrade shared infrastructure, such as sustained abuse of shared network capacity or storage. Mining, BitTorrent and similar workloads are subject to the Fair Usage Policy.
9.Uptime Guarantee
Cloud Servers (VPS) are covered by the Service Level Agreement. Submit written credit requests to [email protected] with justification. Third-party monitors are not accepted.
10.Coupons
Discounts are for first-time accounts/customers unless specified. Re-applying coupons through new accounts constitutes abuse and may result in invoice adjustments or termination.
11.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.Disclaimer
Infraista is not responsible for business damages. Services are provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose, including data loss from delays, misdelivery, or interruptions.
13.Customer Information
Registration data is used per our Privacy Policy. Infraista may correct inaccurate contact information and merge duplicate accounts (administrative fee may apply).
You must inform any persons whose personal data you process on Infraista Services and hold authorization to process it.
14.Law Enforcement & Policy Changes
Infraista may disclose subscriber information to law enforcement upon lawful request without further consent.
Infraista reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
